good for me: I've been creating my own at-home regimens and products for nearly 12 years, from beauty products, to home cleaning products, even natural DIY for the dogs. Multiple reasons have lead me to make these choices including my daughter's (now controlled) asthma and respiratory problems. Quick and cheap remedies for problems that would pop up in the middle of the night randomly at the worst times. Oftentimes, I created a product due to things I researched or heard that didn't sit right with me, leading me to make adjustments in products I purchased, foods that I consumed, and etc., etc. So I research everything, the trends, the fads, and the not-so-popular topics as well. I typically share my findings, after it's been reviewed and possibly tried- if I'm really feeling it, or think it may benefit me. That's the important thing we have to remember, everything that works for me, is not best for you! Please keep that in mind. Also, I'm not a doctor, professional in the area of wellness, or trained dietitian. So please keep that in mind as well. These are just tips and tricks that I'd like to offer up to those that are interested in finding wellness resolutions!! So let's go!
