If you're a big fan of showers, plus love aromatherapy, than shower steamers are a must-have. So quick and simple to make, and the benefits are pretty amazing too. While showering and doing whatever it is that you're doing in the shower, you can easily multi-task and take on a mind blowing aromatherapy treatment. I love lavender for relaxing, and eucalyptus when I'm feeling ill.
